Your ticket to the 2021 edition of the Trail Fund NZ AGM! This year we are meeting in Wellington.
By purchasing a ticket to the event you will also become a member of Trail Fund NZ and having voting privileges at our AGM. If you would prefer not to become a member then let us know when you order your ticket and we will make a note of that.
Your name will be on the door (super flash eh) so you don't have to worry about printing anything out. If you are order for more than one person let us know when you are at the checkout via the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" box what the names are of the other people. Thanks!
CoViD Alert Level 2
A huge thanks to the awesome crew at Double Vision Brewing for helping us organise this event at Alert Level 2.
Things you need to know
- This is a private event.
So it is being run under the same rules as a private party or a wedding. We are following the advice as listed on the CoVID19.govt.nz website. - You must register everyone you buy a ticket for.
If you are buying multiple tickets, please include the names of everyone and a contact phone number or email address for them. - We are limited to 50 people max.
- And most importantly - stay at home if you are sick!
The Details
Double Vision Brewing, 128A Unit E Park Road, Miramar
AGM starts 6:30pm. Wednesday 29 September.
Our chair, Russel Garlick is standing down. He will be taking on a role of Past Chair for a year to help with the tranistion to the new Chair.
Our secretary and treasuer are standing again.
We welcome new nomination, especially the chair role to secretary@trailfund.org.nz.
Following a light supper, we will conclude with everyone's favorite game show Who's Trail Is It Anyway?
Costs
$10 to cover your membership and the expenses of putting on nibbles. There will also be a cash bar (as in your cash).
