Trail Fund NZ are delighted to announce the details of our Winter funding round.
This round will be slightly different from what we have offered so far. We will be funding just ONE project, with up to $4,000 available. In this round, we are able to fund contractors and labour costs, but as normal, projects must be not-for-profit and publicly accessible. Guidelines and information for this round can be found here
Earlier in the year, Camelbak generously sponsored a batch of their popular Podium drink bottle which has been customized with the Trail Fund logo. The proceeds of sales so far are going to fund this round. You can help fund future rounds by logging on and buying your own bottle (great on the bike, in the gym, or for those who tend to spill water on their work computers). Can even use them for the storage of ‘enduro juice’!
Applications will be received and assessed by the Advisory Board. They will rank the projects and the top three will be selected for the final ‘CamelBak Peoples Choice’ round.
Applicants are asked to explain in less than 250 words why their project should be funded and these blurbs and up to three photos from the top three projects will be posted to our website and to Facebook. The winner will then be chosen by ‘likes’ from our Facebook followers. The project with the most likes wins!
