As we all know, Canterbury has had a tough time of it in recent years. Quake damage has affected not only peoples’ homes and businesses, but also their trails. We don’t normally operate on a regional basis, Trail Fund’s philosophy generally being that if you want to donate locally, you should do so to your local Club or group. But Canterbury being a special case, we are happy to announce that due to a generous donation from North Canterbury Cycling Club, we are running a special round for Canterbury groups. (A normal grant round open to everyone will operate later in September).
One grant of $1,000 will be available for a Christchurch or Canterbury region project. The normal grants application process will apply.
